Customer should contact CWC if not satisfied with a product for any reason. CWC will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by CWC.
How to Initiate a Return
Call CWC Customer Service at 1-800- 292-7717 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In order to expedite a return, please have the following information available: account number, invoice number, product number, reason for return, and desired action to take (replacement/repair/return/credit).
If you need to return an item, you may:

● Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip.
● Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip, along with the RMA; if the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number, RMA and the item number for the product.
● Indicate whether you would like the product replaced or a credit.
● Please prepay shipping – CWC does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).
Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.
Damaged/ Defective Product
If you have received damaged/defective or not as ordered product, please call CWC Customer Service at 1-800- 292-7717. Please have the following information available: account number, invoice number, product number, and description of issue.
